MLOKAL – Virtual Office in Warsaw – Additional services

We are pleased to announce that we registered another limited liability company for our clients. Two partners wanted to create their own sound stage with a small initial capital. It is a 486th company for which we provided full service in last 11 years.

Our Office provides a full service of founding and registering all business entities (limited companies, partnerships, sole proprietorships, foundations, associations).

For example, the whole process of writing and submitting documents needed for the registration of the company listed above, i.e.:

– preparation of the company agreement project,

– making amends to this project, according to the the notes of partners,

– fixing a date for signing the agreement at the notary office,

– assisting at the notary office,

– preparation of all required for KRS submissions, statements and annexes,

– preparation of the application to the Tax Office,

– preparation of the application to the Statistical Office,

– preparation of the application for the National Insurance Institution (ZUS),

took us 2 days in co-operation with partners. But we have to mention that our work was done in only 1 day!

What is more, the price fixed for those actions was only 350 zł net.

Moreover, we prepare protocols and all types of meeting resolutions and partners’ resolutions with particular focus on regular meetings and share capital increasing meetings.

Our accounting office provides services as following for:

a) sole traders:

– keeping tax records (lump sum, revenue and expense ledger, account books, tax records),

– calculation of all taxes (income taxes, VAT) and submission of all necessary tax returns to the Tax Office (PIT-36, PIT-36L, VAT-7, VAT-7K, VAT-UE),

– preparation of INFRASTAT declaration,

– keeping records of fixed assets and equipment,

– preparation of statistical reports,

– managing all personnel services of all new, already working, fired and former employees (full documentation of employment, including employment contracts, personal data sheets, certificates, clearance cards etc.)

– preparation of payroll including all additional elements according to the labor legislation in force and individual payment system (benefits, allowances, bonuses, equivalents, payments from social fund, rewards etc.),

– preparation and calculation of contracts of commission and mandatory contracts, like also mileage allowance and business trips,

– keeping of calculation and documentation required by the National Insurance Institution (ZUS),

– all necessary activities emerging from an obligation of the advance payment of income tax for sole traders (PIT-4R, PIT-11/8B),

– planning and calculating staff’s vacations,

– calculation of payments and benefits for the employees on the parental leave

b) legal persons (general partnerships, limited liability companies, stock-offering companies) running a business:

– keeping accounts,

– calculation of all taxes (income taxes, VAT) and submission of all necessary tax returns to the Tax Office (PIT-36, PIT-36L, VAT-7, VAT-7K, VAT-UE),

– preparation of INFRASTAT declaration,

– keeping records of fixed assets and equipment,

– preparation of statistical reports,

Our bookkeepers have certificates and licenses of the Ministry of Finance allowing them to provide services of accounting, as well as an OC insurance.

We do not provide you with any price list for those services as every entity has its own specificity. Nonetheless, we would like to inform you, that our prices are among the lowest ones in Warsaw at such a high quality of the services provided. Please contact us for more details.
